Shipping Policy
Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days but during busy periods may take longer.
Within Australia
Once prepared, all orders will be shipped by tracked postage via Australia Post. We will email you with your tracking details. Orders can be tracked on the Australia Post tracking system
Free shipping (standard only) is available for orders of over $180.
For orders under $180, postage costs are applied at checkout. As a guide, our current prices within Australia (as of 1st October 2025) are:

Medium $15.50
Large $19.50
Estimated delivery time Australia-wide is 2-6 business days but may vary.

All packages will be sent tracked via Standard International Airmail using Australia Post.

Express international shipping is not currently available.
For US orders, the advertised prices include customs duties and tariffs which 2RoyalHounds will remit to the appropriate US authorities on your behalf.
For international orders to other countries, 2RoyalHounds is not responsible for any additional customs duties or taxes that may apply once your order reaches its destination.

Return Policy
We hope you love your 2Royalhounds purchases.
If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help you and can offer a store credit note (no refunds) only upon receiving your item(s) returned in their original condition (unwashed / unworn / all tags attached). Please be advised that we do not offer refunds / exchanges for change of mind. And unfortunately we cant accept returns for custom made products if they arrive and dont fit. This is includes 'adding and optional underbelly buckle' to your Hug Me Harness. They are custom made to your dogs measurements.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Items outside of this period will not be accepted.
2Royalhounds reserves the right to deny returns that are received outside these conditions.
Include the completed return slip which MUST BE with your return or we wont know who the customer is that is returning the products. We wont know who to issue a credit note to if this is not included.

Please email us woof@2royalhounds.com.au to let us know that a return is on its way with tracking details of your parcel returned.
Once we have received the returned item, we will inspect the item prior to processing your credit note. Please be mindful prior to sending an item back that if it is not in its original condition we will not be able to process the return.
We will endeavour to process your return within 3-5 business days.
The store credit note will not cover original shipping costs (unless reason for return is due to a faulty product). Store credit is valid for 12 months from issue.

Return parcels must be sent via a trackable service. We do not take any responsibility for lost items in transit.

We are unfortunately unable to accept exchanges or put a hold on products due to the possibility of our products selling out.

If you wish to cancel your order and it has not yet been processed or dispatched, please contact us immediately. Cancellations are subject to a 5% processing fee to cover transaction costs that have already been incurred.
