2Royalhounds Return Policy

We hope you love your 2Royalhounds purchases.

If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help you and can offer a store credit note (no refunds) only upon receiving your item(s) returned in their original condition (unwashed / unworn / all tags attached). Please be advised that we do not offer refunds for change of mind. 

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Items outside of this period will not be accepted. 

2Royalhounds reserves the right to deny returns that are received outside these conditions.

Include the completed return slip which MUST BE with your return or we wont know who the customer is that is returning the products.  We wont know who to issue a credit note to if this is not included.

Please email us woof@2royalhounds.com.au to let us know that a return is on its way with tracking details of your parcel returned. 

Once we have received the returned item, we will inspect the item prior to processing your credit note. Please be mindful prior to sending an item back that if it is not in its original condition we will not be able to process the return.

We will endeavour to process your return within 3-5 business days.

The store credit note will not cover original shipping costs (unless reason for return is due to a faulty product).  Store credit is valid for 12 months from issue.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All products found in the Final Sale Collection are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, as these are heavily reduced and are clearance items.

Sale items are not eligible for return.

Return parcels must be sent via a trackable service. We do not take any responsibility for lost items in transit.

EXCHANGES

We are unfortunately unable to accept exchanges or put a hold on products due to the possibility of our products selling out.  

For sizing guidelines please ensure you check our size guide prior to making your order to ensure you are ordering the correct size.
