Sizing Guide
Simply use a soft tape measure and place around your dogs neck to ensure you get the correct measurement.
Our collars are made to your dogs sizing however are also adjustable by 4-5cm.
If you dont have a soft tape measure use a piece of string and then place against a ruler to get measurement.
All our collars are made 20mm wide for a comfortable fit for a small doggie.
Washing Instructions
Wash on gentle cycle in a laundry bag, or hand-wash with a mild detergent.
Please note, metal buckles are not suitable for the beach or salt water. If your dog goes into salt water immediately wash on return.
Regularly check the integrity of your collar for signs of wear and tear. Alternating collars will extend the life of your collar.
Refund Policy
As each of our collars are handmade to measure we do not accept refunds on dog collars unless they are found to be faulty.
Before collars are dispatched the buckle hardware is triple checked that its not faulty and clips into itself securely. When your collar arrives please double check that you are happy with the buckle functionality and security before wearing.
