Cancellation Policy

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Approved cancellations requested before processing or dispatch are subject to a cancellation administration fee, calculated on the original order value, to cover non-refundable payment processing fees, financial institution and currency conversion charges, and third-party fulfilment centre administration and cancellation costs.

• Australian orders: 5% of the order value.

• International orders: 8% of the order value, reflecting additional currency conversion and exchange rate charges imposed by financial institutions.

These fees are deducted from the amount refunded.
