Generic Refund Policy

We only accept returns if a product is found to have manufacturing defects, or are not as described.
Please ensure you measure your dog correctly by following the how to measure guide in each product listing before purchasing to avoid any disappointment of ill fitting - we do not accept returns due to wrong size or change of mind as each product is handmade to order. Please double check your cart before checking out.

As every one of our creations are handmade from our sewing studio this also means there will inevitably be some pattern variations between similar products. Sizing may also vary slightly as no two cuts of fabric are the same, pattern placement may vary. 

However, this is part of the character and individuality of your product being lovingly handmade.

Think of it as a little unique. 


Items found to be defective or not as described once returned and inspected will receive either a full refund or a replacement subject to product availability. 

When ordering made to measure items, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure they have followed the ‘How to measure your dog’s guidelines. We cannot accept returns and or exchanges on items made to order based on incorrect measurements given by the purchaser.  If your dog’s cape arrives and it does not fit, we also don’t offer an alterations service.  

On the rare occasions where you have submitted the correct measurements and we get it wrong (we are human after all) then we will replace the cape for free on return of the original cape with labels attached within 14 days. 

On return, we will re-measure it against your measurements submitted to see where we went wrong and if we got it wrong will either make you a new one with no charge to the customer subject to fabric availability or offer a full refund.

Please note we do not offer a refund on return postage costs unless we are at fault.
